I was absolutely blown away with my stay here! The customer service was beyond my expectations! As a person who is on the road alot and I have been to plenty air b&bs and this is one I will most definitely be back to. Its right between the vineyards just east of downtown Fredericksburg. Easy to find especially with the caboose that is next to the road. Already booking for later this year!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The home was immaculate, with comfortable furnishings and all the essentials needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal just a short drive to downtown. The hosts were excellent communicators, making everything smooth from booking to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again!
we got to stay in one of the new little rooms this past weekend. It was very nice! it had a little rooftop to sit and watch the stars, sunrise. It was very quiet and relaxing, yet close to town. Will definitely go back. Thank you !!!!

I was on a business trip to Austin and made a side trip to Fredericksburg to check out the area. I stayed in one of the cottages and it had everything I could ask for, a nice comfy bed, clean, and great price. I was happy it had a microwave and fridge, and the private fenced patio was a nice bonus. I sat in my courtyard, had a glass of wine one evening and it was so tranquil. It had a private hot tub too, but I didn’t get around to using it. It’s a great location – close to wineries, a good BBQ place across the street and awesome farm stand next to it with homemade jams, fruit, veggies, etc. Downtown Fredericksburg is close by and super cute, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. I recommend staying here, it was just what I was looking for a relaxing weekend!
